My nana bunny had an old tea set (mighta been polish, tbh, it was toted back from europe by her family like 3 generations before her), that was similarly neat and weirdly not matchy but somehow matchy at the same tme? She left it to me when she passed and my mom claimed it...and then held it hostage to make me visit her...and then tossed it out of the second story window in a rage to "make a point."

Built a fire today, first one of the season. House was chilly as HVAC is set really low when we're gone. Fireplace heated up living room nice and toasty!

then HVAC turned on at 4:30 as programmed to warm the place up a teeny bit and the damn machine sucked all the hot air out of my living room and distributed equally throughout the house.

Damn machine doing exactly what it's supposed to do! Imma turn it off until bed time so I can have a toasty living room.
