    Just to be clear, it actually has 2 apples, 2 onions, some thyme and parsley and pepper in there (And the white wine in the roasting pan is making the house smell amazing)

    That does sound delicious! We put 2 sticks of butter, rosemary, and an apple in ours, then inject with rosemary infused butter, then baste, with........... butter. Pepper, salt, minced garlic rubbed all over and viola. Heart attack turkey!!

    That's going to be one good turkey! We bring our in a salt water/apple/onion mix. I considering trying your method this year. it sounds way less messy. :emoji_grimacing::emoji_grimacing:

    I'm using the NYT Dry Brined turkey recipe this year, I'll let you know how it goes ;) But Dry Brine is THE turkey trend apparently
