I get enough work on Inquisit that I always keep an install on my various portable mTurk browsers.

 

Why do you take delight at Mac users problems?

 

I have inquist installed from a previous hit but everytime I come across a hit that requires it it makes me reinstall it or install some other version

i'm a bit in this boat as well, but perhaps not as cynically? (not saying RA is), but i've never met an apple fanboy that won't lose their mind about how fucking terrible windows is because it's so insecure. All technology is insecure. i mean hell, my WiFi outlet is probably going to get hacked one day and i will have a thermonuclear bomb in my living room.

Yes and no. That took me today nearly as long as the stated time. Mostly it was watching videos but you had to respond at random to make sure you were paying attention. At the end you had to write a short summary of everything you watched. The subject was interesting but some of the videos were a little intense. I came out the whole thing feeling really drained. Tomorrow is suppose to be 35-40 per TO for $10 so that should be worth it I think.

That mac bug looks like some lazy dev setup a way for himself to have easy access to shit he was testing and didn't remove the shortcut.

I made my living for decades on Windows Systems as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and there isnt a version made yet (Desktop or Server) that I cant break into. I started using Macs in my studio and have not used a windows box personally from 2009 until I started Turking in 2017. I'm not a fanboy I just liked using a computer rather than working on it all the time
