    A survey this morning made me realize that out of all the places I have worked, they have only employed white people. How the heck do you respond to that? I'm at a loss for words. It's even worse that it took me this long to realize it.

    Absolute garbage hit. You have to write out several answers to "why" questions where each answer requires you to answer another "why" question about the answer you gave. After that, you get some info on an item and you have to write out TEN ways you could use the item. Even flying through the writing portions it would be really hard to even make the hourly fair.
