What's the deal with Conversational AI? Not sure if I want to work on this batch, any one have experience with them?

Paypal double billed all my payments, then stated they would clear it up within 72 hours, now they are saying I must have manually paid them. Ummm, no I didn't, that is why I have autopay on, so I don't forget to make payments. So they are like well that will cover your next payments on those vendors. No, No, Nope. I don't know who else to complain to about it, they took over 1k.

Sadly, their customer service is really poor. They once randomly decided that my debit card was stolen, cancelled a couple of important payments and locked everything down. I spent hours on the phone with various customer service agents trying to get some resolution. To this day I can't use that particular card on Paypal and really never got any kind of satisfactory answer as to what happened.
