Huh? I thought that requesters pre-pay for HITs, and then Amazon transfers money for approved HITs in waves? Am I wrong?

 

according to the last 3 emails from Toefungus and Irann it's out of their hands if a requester doesn't approve a hit and Automatic Approval is more of a suggestion than a rule
