They dared to send us a rug we wanted for a party three days late on prime. The first offer to me was an apology and nothing else and they then got my wife who got off the phone with $100 credit and a free year of prime

one is actually attached to the window. I have metal, crank out windows and I tied the lower one to the screw that holds the window lock to the frame.

The upper one is to the support bar. Those blinds are in my wall with cement screws (as the walls are cement blocks). Pretty damn sturdy.
