also omg way easy houseplant that comes in cool colors, fittonia of any kind really. It's a nerve plant so when it needs water it looks like it's fucking DEAD then you toss it a cup of water, wait an hour and it's all happy again!

 

I love my Tony. It gets really dramatic and I'm always like 'TONY NOOOO!' and when I water him I think it's saving his life because it kinda is. Secretly one of my favorite plants I own.

I'm sadistic with mine. I love making them faint dramatically just so I can watch it be like "oh nm it's cool I'm cool nbd"

 

There is definitely some satisfaction from growing your own food. I planted some potatoes when the pandemic first ramped up and dug them up when the leaves died and the weather started getting warm. Those were some of the best potatoes in the world.

Get some B-12 liquid drops. It's 1 cc under your tongue every morning, and if you have issues sleeping try Valerian Root Extract from the vitamin aisle at Walmart. It'll put you to sleep gently and actually interacts with serotonin receptors. Like a non-medical level of anti-depressants that won't get you hooked. Just a gentle nudge in the right direction without the whole "So powerful you get addicted after 4 days" kinda thing.

This bottle exactly.
It's Magnolia bark so it's 'natural'. The only issue my husband and I had with it is that it kinda makes you feel high and space-y like a xanax would. I've found they kick in quick and have hours and hours of lasting effectiveness.

Obviously I'm not a doctor and you know if you're allergic to anything blah blah blah but I swear by this stuff for helping me sleep and treating my anxiety. I just need to order another bottle lmao
