For future reference, if you install a Helvetica font (like I did for a Photoshop project) it jacks fonts on FB. Deleted font (via regedit) cause fuck Windows and got it fixed.

The Behringers are really good too for like 50 bucks

 

I just want to say for the record, in regards to the conversation a little bit ago, @ChrisTurk LOLs at most of my posts, so I am clearly the secret favorite

 

Noooooooooooooooooo the Behringers suck lol.

They don't even provide a full 48v of phantom power, so mics sound flat through it.

Yeah I was thinking that Facebook probably requests a font family rather than a particular font. Either that, or it asks for a particular one (the one you installed) and otherwise falls back on another.

For future reference, if you learn to script, you can change this pretty easily with a userscript.

I wrote a script for freeCodeCamp that changes the fonts for its code editor (amongst other things), and you could prod around there and strip out the relevant parts, then repurpose it to target Facebook:

I have a blue yeti, using some compression software through adobe music . Sounds perty good

 

They seriously do, like they sound like they SHOULD be gross but would actually be amazing, and now i'm mad that I can't have them.
