The few I've written I was sure to be polite and treated it like there must be some mistake and asked for clarification. When it was appropriate I've also written something about taking my work seriously and that I'm sure that if they look over the answers it should be clear that I was not responding randomly or without giving questions their due consideration.

 

The real problem is that we don't have a way of knowing if yours dropped or not.
