I just got the same one, and thought the same thing before I opened it. lol

 

Every damn time I get an email like that I'm like "that's it, I got a good qual revoked because I'm an idiot who can't do the work properly. They probably hard blocked me and reported me too because of how terrible my work was", and then I see "bulk admin".
