    Appreciate your even-handedness toward requesters, but it's difficult to read "This is being reversed due to an error on my part" as anything but requester error. :dunno:

    Oh just saw your edit when I went to reply, but yeah I checked 3 Qualtrics links and it's all good on my end. I'd say it's a DNS issue but it shouldn't resolve at all if that was the case. My low-tech troubleshooting process would be:

    incog window check, see if it works, if not,
    restart laptop
    restart router/cable modem

    I'm glad she reversed it for you guys. And I'm not trying to start any sort of debate here, I was just giving advice based on something I've seen happen numerous times.

    If you've ever worked for a business that deals with people, you'll know that an apology and refund most definitely isn't always indicative of being wrong. Facebook, of all companies, knows that paying out 200 bucks is much better than dealing with a headache or bad publicity.
