    I figured! She was a chocolate chip gal herself (tho she once went chocolate truffle nom nom nom), but she always encouraged me to “ do whatever you please!” So I decided I would chop up some mini pb cups instead. Wanted to try something different. It was aces!

    I also stupidly decided that making red velvet cupcakes (with birdies secret special frosting of course) with champagne truffles on top was a great idea- they were tasty as hell but I think I almost ripped my hair out when I was tempering chocolate at 10pm on a Wednesday.

    While I don't like plain PB cups, if you can mask how artificial and chemical tasting they are with other stuff they aren't that horrible. Works well with cheap ice cream.
