    I did at one point. I just drove up to McDonald's and back (didn't get anything) to say I went somewhere, lol.

    For me, it's not even about what if something bad happens?!? I just hate driving in the snow. Luckily, if I need anything I'm within a reasonable walking distance to a number of stores. But I'm usually well prepared. Haven't had an issue yet, I say as I jinx myself.

    I haven't had an MRE since Katrina. I used to joke with people and tell them I'm going to make them eat some so they know what I had to go through.
