    I normally get sick once a year and the tylenol severe is what always seemed to work the best for me. I went to walmart and couldn't find it but saw they had Alka-Seltzer PowerMax (pill form) and got excited that it was on sale. It was expensive to begin with so thought it'd be cool to try.

    Don't try it. It doesn't do anything.
