Are you talking about the main essay response or the subsequent questions? Cause only the main essay has the character minimum.

It's generally 1000 altogether, so I think you'll be fine. Also, when I do these (or any writing that needs a minimum word count) I tend to use Word Count Tool or some other site that will count words/characters, then paste it into the HIT. Just a suggestion. :)

Heard that horrifying noise all dog owners know and had to sprint across the apartment to drag Skeeter off the carpet so he would puke on the laminate instead, started gagging too. For a couple brief moments, there was the sound of my dog puking up a wrapper he ate while I dry heaved at the same time. Matt just laughed hysterically and watched while I yelled, "HE'S GONNA BLOW!"

    The joys of pet ownership.

The best is when you're asleep and that noise wakes you up.

I just made a decent amount of the scripts in my Greasyfork profile public. Mostly just for the hell of it.

I lost the current development version of my Q script in the Great SSD Death of December, so I made public the partially-completed render from way back in mid-October.

There was a lot of difference between the current version and that copy, so I was sufficiently discouraged enough by the SSD crash to stop working on it altogether.

I once heard that noise half asleep while my dog was sleeping on the bed. He was about to hurl on my ex and my ex didn't realize. I have never launched a small dog off a bed so quickly in my life.

I usually let Skeeter lick the wrapper that Bearnie's freshpet comes in, cause it has remanants and it keeps him busy for like an hour. He usually tears it up in a tiny pile of plastic shreds when he's done. For some reason, he ate it, an entire wrapper for a roll of freshpet.

Apparently his body decided, welp, time to get rid of this!

Skeeter likes to eat ultimately harmless things that end up on the carpet at some point. Like, he just decides, "I wonder if this paper towel is edible? No one is looking, let's see!" He only learns this lesson for about a month at a time, and eventually thinks, "Maybe this time the paper towel will be edible."

I wrote a script for this a long time ago that adds character/word counters to Qualtrics pages when you press Escape.

Ooo erica claims to have been woken up several times by that noise to the cat puking on the bed. This is why the cat does not get to sleep with us anymore unfortunately...

    me? Well....

If I decided to sleep in on the weekends, my ex-wife would just lock the dogs in the bedroom so she could have some peace without four dogs bothering her. When they started dry heaving, they wouldn't have anywhere to go and just puke on the carpet. Exactly what you want to wake up too. Whenever they were sleeping with her, magically none of them would ever do that.

I remember one time I went out and got trashed, then in the morning my littlest dog threw up right on the corner of the bed. I got up and stripped the sheets, but I was so hungover the smell got to me and I started to gag. Had to run out back and throw up in the yard. My mastiff came by and took care of the mess though. It makes a nice circle.

My stuff generally doesn't fail on me often enough to bother with the hassle.

What am I gonna do, back up a whole TB of data to a secondary drive every single day? Or sift through the stuff and determine what needs to be backed up, vs. what doesn't? Organize my folder structure based on what needs to be backed up? Run software to organize it all?

Backing stuff up is a great idea, so for everyone out there, don't be like me.
But it's a goddamn pain in the ass, and so I don't generally do it.
