there was a time, about 8 or 9 years ago, where when you purchased your dell, you could spend a little extra money to have guaranteed American tech support. If you call Schwab their customer service people answer the phone saying this is <name> in <American city> and the way all of them emphasis the city they're in so hard always makes it seem a little on the racist side.

I mean I definitely appreciate not having to deal with our Indian friends but maybe we're celebrating it a little too hard? I dunno
