    You need to be able to speed read to make the good money on any HIT. If you want to improve your reading speed then continuously read academic articles. It makes reading internet comments laughably easy.

    That still doesn't mean they would feel good about their problems being judged. Its not like these are lesser human beings or something for having problems and posting them on a message board. In my de-americanized opinion, the world would be better if everyone was able to discuss their issues and not be mocked for it.

    On the privacy piece, though, I do find it a little unnerving that they redact the brand name of a cereal (I saw "Corn [Brand] with cold milk" today) but not peoples' fucking email addresses.

    I agree; I'm actually surprised at all the people here rationalizing how it's ok to mock these people.

    Needless cruelty, especially when the posts you're looking at border on mental issues, is unwarranted. It's also unprofessional.

    That said, I'm off to Walmart, wearing sweatpants, bring 3 unruly children with me who are sure to be obnoxious. I fully expect to be judged there. You all can judge me here too if you want.
