    For the new folks, you can Panda all 10, then work on them when you want - pay is meh, but useful if your queue is empty and have nothing better to do. Sometimes there will be more than one batch in a day, so keep an eye on the timer if you get any from a new batch. It tends to range from 20 minutes each to 3 hrs, although 10 hrs is kind of rare.
