I do not understand this:

I have not backed up to you for 9.9 months according to your e-mails you keep sending me. One would assume that I am no longer using your service. Additionally, considering the service NO LONGER EXISTS you would stop sending me e-mails about it.

I know I am too lazy to log in and change my e-mail preferences, but surely this problem should be taking care of itself.
