    Funny, I actually have a large balance on gift cards because I found some in my purse. Totally had no clue I was walking around with that much just sitting in the black hole pocket of my rather large shoulder bag.

    But I'm SAVING it for when we rent movies (since that has never used the Payments balance). Now I guess that's my only option for paying for things on Amazon unless I use my credit card.

    No need to panic people. I used the same bank account that I used for AP, which I recommend for everyone to do the same. They display your name, so there is nothing to worry about at this point except amazon being amazon.
