I don't know of any good butchers around me, so my family eats this stuff


The links and stuff are really good too. I don't know if it's reginal or not, but I'd recommend trying it if you find it. Stuff from a butcher is always great though. My grandmother was good friends with her local butcher, and they made some of the best sausages I've ever had

creamy, buttery, lemony and maybe lightly eggy?
It's very creamy and buttery with enough lemon to cut it so it doesn't feel or taste like just drinking cream.

A lot of people are super intimidated by it but it's 100% worth it to learn how to make it. You COULD buy some premade but it aint the same honestly.

I really like the Italian sausage for sausage balls. The mild is very generic in a good way without any real spice that I can taste. The Hot has a nice kick it it without hurting. The Smokehouse is the main one we keep in the house for normal use in soups and just eating.

 

It's on my to do list now cause that sounds wonderful.

 

It might take a couple times to get it down right but I fully say it's worth it!
