I think you can save a broken sauce with more butter and stirring though. Is that true?

The first couple of times you try to make a hollandaise, use a fine mesh strainer when you finish the sauce to get rid of lumps. It takes a few tries to get perfect, but even imperfect sauces should still taste pretty good. Good luck

It's warmed water when we had to fix it. You take the broken sauce and keep whisking it while you add in spoonfuls of warmed water to recombine it. Add the spoonfuls while stirring one at a time until it comes back together. If that doesn't work, add in another egg yolk and whisk that back in and it should fix then.

We had an aggro ash hole step father break the sauce by turning the heat up directly after we served his family and right before we served ourselves. Even though we were the ones who fucking cooked the entire breakfast. Had to fix the sauce in a hurry and it works but it aint as good.

Did not receive a code upon completion of the post-survey questionnaire. Just a page that stated. "your responses have been recorded" I assumed that it wanted me to enter my worker ID instead since I did not receive one, but I received a rejection instead. I contacted the researcher in hopes of resolving this issue. I will update if they respond.

Yep. Despite the risk, I took a chance on it because the pay was decent.

 

Be careful out there. There are a lot of spooky things that requesters ask us to do. I would say downloading extensions and shit like that aint worth it.

You were supposed to enter the participant ID you got after doing the part of the survey with the extension (the one you entered at the beginning of the google docs survey).

The people doing the study are legit, so there's a reasonable chance they'll reverse it.
