talked to bank - different routing number that amazon is changing it to will not work

 

You could also try to look at your MTS HIT tracker and see if there's a button called "src" for that HIT. It may open the page of the experiment where you could see if there's a consent form, email address or w/e you could use. You could also try to go through your browser history of that day and try to find the URL where there may be a consent form.
