I took a look at the chip. It'll be a pain in the ass, but I've done tighter soldering jobs. Not sure what the chip is or if it's available though.

 

honestly, depending how old it is, ebay it up and see if you can buy a "broken" one and swap parts, i did that for my keyboard i used for like 10+ years til i couldnt find donors anymore
