    Ah, gotcha. other reports have come in. Including me now. Chrome hangs up on "Establishing secure connection..." sometimes when loading it.

    Yupp. But if you load through the IP it'll be fast every time.. I've been running ping tests, its only through the domain resolution where it becomes an issue.

    Don't know if this is helpful or not, have you tried a direct IP load? Maybe the nameserver? Stabbing in the dark, I ran into this several years ago on a shared platform.

    EDIT: Heh, right below your post about IP. Nevermind. :lol:

    Have you checked the DNS defined on the server? A couple of google searches had it could be the web server is trying to do a reverse lookup on clients and taking too long.

    Yeah, that is 99% likely a nameserver issue. Have you flushed the DNS?

    EDIT: Or did you make any changes to the nameserver stuff? Shared hosting (cPanel) or your own server? If shared, you might need to file a ticket.
