Immensely!! I've just pulled the cookies out of the oven to decorate and we're about to fire up the old reliable Charlie Brown christmas. How about yourself?

 

Having some adult beverages and streaming "The Goldbergs". Just some lols and relaxing

 

Great big turkey has been cooked and utterly destroyed here along with all the sides. Bone broth in the instant pot is underway. Food is all put away now it's time to scrounge around for dessert. Merry Christmas turkers. You guys are awesome.

I want to make some deviled eggs tomorrow but the eggs I have are pretty fresh and I'm thinking they'll be hard to peel. Does anyone have any tips or tricks that will make it easier to get the shell off of fresh boiled eggs?

It really works.. peeled egg in like 10 seconds

 

We put them right into ice water with ice cubes and that helps.

We also have a little thing that pokes a tiny hole in the top of the eggs before cooking and that works really well.
