Rockets will never win a title again. I think Harden is amazing (despite the hate he gets). But I don’t know. I don’t think Dantoni is a championship coach.

Here are two I've done so far time table wise:

Sent by Amazon Dec 20th => Available Dec 23rd (Note that the 22nd was a Sunday)
Sent by Amazon Dec 23rd => Available Dec 25th (yes, I realize this was Christmas, yet there it was and labelled as the 25th on the transaction.)

So while it seems to be random from person to person, so far mine have been reasonably consistent. It may be that they do the sending in batches by Mturk number or something. This would explain why some of us get sent early in the day and others later in the evening. Also note that, while I get the email later in the night myself, it shows up on Amazon as sent hours before that.
