    I had one place we rented where they got some state grant for green electricity and they went through and put CFLs everywhere and told us that if one of them went out we needed to call them to fix it and we could not replace the light bulbs on our own.

    We did it anyway. Fork the man!

    (They also went through and put those bright white bulbs in instead of warm white and it made my eyes bleed)
