We're "managing our response to anxiety in healthy ways," while I side-eye my dog because one of us wigged the hell out and now I have a shiny, new scar and mommy has to fork out doggy prozac bucks. I mean, it was obvs me, I bit the dog, duh.



We good tho, he's just having his night terrors again because this year is a flaming dumpster fire and the years of progress we made on his post-bait dog issues did a lil backslide when he was stressed about my health because I'm accidentally in that weird scenario where the only thing traumatic enough to re-traumatize my dog rescued from dog fighting was seeing me get violently ill and freaking out when I didn't come back for awhile...so in essence, my dog bit me because he loves me so much. Everyone has actually been pretty amused by the scenario, because I look like a rash covered anemia-ghost and I'm toting around my 55 pound basket case senior citizen dog baby like my troublesome kid and it's just like...I love you, it's so not your fault, but also, you're an idiot sometimes. No judgement, me too, jus' sayin, bruh!
