Well I suppose this may be one reason to use the Dispute Rejection feature... it saves a list of your disputes you can reference:

But since I never do that...

 

^^^The disputes have a "Status" which shows "Unread" or "Read" - appears to be the status of whether the req ever read the dispute message or not. 3/4ths of the disputes I created (back when I used this feature) are still "Unread"
