Even on TV, do not trust it for batch work! If it has like 10 reviews of surveys and they're all shit (but not quals, I haven't fixed that problem yet) its usually safe to block a bench.. but batch work (maybe receipts unless you're just a god w/ scripting) should always be looked at manually IMO.

Maybe not as a newbie, its just easier on the brain to block & move on while you're getting your bearings, but don't permanently rely on other people's opinions for batch work. TV has miles to go in that department for reliability/accuracy, its simply not good enough.

This is a hard to fix problem. Mostly because people don't want you to know how good their favorite batches are. I almost think we should have a like or dislike button for batches and turn of the wages entirely lololol.
