proper protocal to reviewing a PAID screener..but screened out

so how would do that with out being negative? i mean they paid me to at least , so i think no harm no foul but idont want to misleading to anyone newer than me

 

Personally, it should not matter if you get the followup or the Qual to do more hits for this requester. It is a Paid individual hit and should be reviewed as such.. hourly, ease of it ect.
