    I've been away for 2 years working on my thesis and at the hospital. My first day really trying to navigate everything again. No knowing how this will all go in the fall. I know that trying to complete an internship during covid and research on top of that...nearly impossible.

    Since we're talking about food. If anybody has an excess of zucchini they are trying to use up this was pretty good. I would cut back on the topping part a little though, half of it just kind of fell off instead of turning into the crunchy topping.
