Thats normal for pandas auto-created by QBC. If it left all the pandas running it creates youd PRE yourself into a blackhole.

 

How many manual pandas do you have on? Either these were all created at nearly the exact same time, or you have a few (probably 3?) manual pandas turned on that are smothering the # of requests it can send. Don't manually make your own pandas, user owned pandas are for exceptionally valuable HITs/times.
